Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: July 10, 2026
This page is maintained by SureFire Carrier to describe how billing, cancellations, and refunds work.
Free trial
Where offered, a free trial gives you full access to the plan for the trial length. A payment method is required to start; if you don't cancel before the trial ends, your card is automatically charged for the first month.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription any time from Settings → Manage billing, which opens the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation stops future renewals. Your access continues through the end of the current billing period; you won't be charged again after that.
Refunds
- Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing period has started. If you cancel mid-cycle, you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
- Plan changes (upgrade or downgrade) are prorated by Stripe automatically. Upgrades charge the prorated amount on your next invoice; downgrades issue a credit applied to your next invoice.
- Duplicate or accidental charges — if you were charged in error, contact us and we'll refund the mistaken charge in full.
- Service failure — if a major bug prevents you from using the plan you paid for and we can't resolve it in a reasonable time, we will offer a prorated credit or refund.
How to request a refund
Use the Contact page with your account email and the charge date. We'll respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
Chargebacks
If you think a charge is wrong, please contact us first — we can almost always resolve it faster than a bank dispute. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in your account being suspended.
