Terms of Service

This page is maintained by SureFire Carrier ("we", "us", "our") to describe the terms under which you may use the SureFire Carrier web application, mobile-installable app, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who can use the Service

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of the account information you provide (name, company, DOT/MC numbers, home state, etc.).

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you think your account has been compromised.

3. Subscriptions and billing

• Paid plans (Carrier and Pro) are billed monthly in advance through Stripe.
• Free trials, if offered, convert to paid subscriptions automatically at the end of the trial unless canceled.
• Plan changes (upgrade or downgrade) take effect immediately. Stripe prorates the difference on your next invoice.
• You can cancel any time in Settings → Manage billing. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current period unless required by law or covered by our Refund Policy.
• Prices may change on renewal with reasonable advance notice.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Service.
• Upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, data, or infrastructure.
• Use the AI Dispatch feature to generate advice that violates law or safety regulations.

5. Your data

Loads, fuel entries, expenses, contacts, and other information you enter belongs to you. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display it so we can operate the Service for you. You can export your data at any time from Settings.

6. AI features

AI Dispatch responses are generated by third-party AI models routed through Lovable AI. Output is generated automatically, may be inaccurate or incomplete, and is provided for informational purposes only. Always verify rates, regulations, and route decisions against authoritative sources before acting on them.

7. Service availability

We work hard to keep SureFire Carrier available and fast, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, add or remove features, and occasionally the Service may be unavailable.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms, don't pay, or create risk for us or other users. On termination, your access ends, and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will notify you by email or in-app. Continued use of the Service after the effective date means you accept the new Terms.
